Terms for returning, exchanging and cancelling your orders
We want every order to bring you joy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your flowers, we are happy to review your return or replacement request.
✅ Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A return or replacement is accepted in the following cases:
Flowers were delivered in a damaged or wilted condition.
The bouquet composition did not match the order description.
The order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault.
⚠️ Returns are not accepted if flowers were damaged after receipt or due to improper care.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Take photos of the received order to document the issue.
Contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will review your request and offer a replacement or refund.
Since flowers are perishable goods and bouquets are assembled by hand for each individual order, the following cancellation terms apply:
Before assembly begins — cancellation is possible with a full refund.
After assembly, before delivery — partial compensation may be possible by agreement.
After delivery — cancellation is not possible as the goods are perishable.
🚫 Under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, fresh cut flowers are classified as perishable goods and are not subject to return after receipt, except in cases where the product is of inadequate quality or does not match the order.
